We do give estimates on mosaic projects.

Design & Techniques
Who designs mosaics?
Angele and Yakov Hanansen design all the original pieces. All the designs are one-of-a-kind. We can produce a piece that is similar in design and colors, however our new design will be distinct from the sample one. We do reserve the artistic right to maintain the same technical, compositional and color style.

In certain instances we manufacture mosaics that have been designed by other artists.

What Materials do you use?
stained glass, smalti, ceramic tiles and plates, stone, etc.

Consultations
Do you give Consultations and How Much do they cost?
We will gladly consult you on your mosaic project and answer questions related to that project. The consultation fee is $60 per hour, 1/2 hour minimum, billed in 20min increments thereafter. Do you answer Questions on Techniques?
Sorry, we do not answer technical questions over the e-mail or phone. During the time of consultation we will be happy to answer those questions related to your project.

Copyright Questions
Is it O'K to just take an image from your website and put in on mine? Can we use your images?
All the mosaic images on Unicorn Art Studio's website are protected by a US Copyright Law. Neither the images, nor parts of them can be used by other parties, including the use on their websites and printed materials without premission of Unicorn Art Studio, Inc. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of law and will be charged for copyright violation.

On another hand, one can ask for a permission from Unicorn Art Studio to use our imagery and we will gladly grant it. A proper credit must be given to us. Usually credit includes listing our name and having a link to our site next to the image.
